Ardagh panellist confirmed at the Candid Forum
Dirk Schwung, sales director at Ardagh Metal Beverage Europe, will be appearing on the panel of the Candid Forum session at this year’s Euro CanTech.
Schwung has over 24 years of experience in the metal packaging market working in a variety of commercial roles to drive manufacturing, sales and innovation in Europe.
His career in metal packaging began in 1994 with VAW Aluminium AG, now known as Norsk Hydro. In 1998, he became the managing director at Boxal, also covering the sales director function of the group in Europe.
In 2013, he was given the opportunity to lead the business development and marketing department of the metal division of the Ardagh Group before becoming sales director of the newly acquired division ‘Ardagh Metal Beverage’ in 2016.
