Mark Andy chooses AVT quality control solution
Advanced Vision Technology Ltd (AVT) has been selected by printing press manufacturer Mark Andy to provide print quality and control for its Digital Series hybrid inkjet label press.
The AVT system, Jet-IQ, is the only proven closed loop solution for digital inkjet presses that works in synergy with press controllers to maintain heightened print quality, the company says.
A nozzle performance and colour control feature will increase press productivity; the system will also be capable of verifying geometric parameters such as colour to colour registration, image placement and printing defects detection.

The AVT Jet-IQ system will be integrated into the Mark Andy Digital Series press at LabelExpo Europe, with live demonstrations.
