What we do

Bell Publishing publishes five Business-to-Business (b2b) print magazine titles each with its own individual website: Food and Drink Technology; Confectionery Production; Dairy Industries International, CanTech International and Tea & Coffee Trade Journal. We also publish a stand-alone website called Sweets and Savoury Snacks World.

In addition, we currently organise three events: Tea & Coffee World Cup; Asia CanTech and Euro CanTech.

What we offer

As a b2b publisher, Bell Publishing provides news, analysis, products and services in the industries we serve. We publish news and other content every day on our websites, as well as in downloadable PDF formats, as digital magazines or as print journals.

Certain content on the website is only available to ‘logged-in’ subscribers who have provided some basic information. This information is only used to provide content that is relevant to you. We will never sell this information to any third party. Online access to the full-content digital magazine and back issue archive is only available to our paid subscribers. Intellectual property and copyright

Bell Publishing retains the copyright to any material on our sites, including the text, graphics, code, design and software. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed wit­­hout the prior written consent of the copyright holder. However, you can download, copy or print single pages from the websites for personal, non-commercial use. The names, images and logos identifying Bell or third parties and their products and services, are the proprietary marks of Bell, and/or may be the proprietary marks of third parties. Any use made of these marks may be an infringement of rights in those marks and Bell reserves all rights to enforce such rights that it might have.

Usernames and security

When you subscribe, you will be given your own online account to access the online magazine and back issue archive, as well as restricted website pages. Your account is linked to your email address so if you lose your password you can request a reminder, or contact us for help via email. Please keep your password safe and don’t share it with anyone else.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by Bell on its websites, the contents of the sites reflect the opinions of the writers, they are personal to them and are naturally subject to change from time to time. It is the responsibility of users to check the accuracy of relevant facts and opinions given on the sites before entering into any commitment based upon them.

Bell cannot guarantee that your use of its websites will be free from error and/or uninterrupted. Neither we, nor any of the other companies we work with to run these websites, can be held liable for any damages you may incur when using it. This includes any form of download or electronic transfer of data from the site, and you agree that our content is not intended as any kind of official advice, guidance or legal representation. Bell, its directors, its employees and its representatives exclude, in so far as it is legally possible, all liability and responsibility for any damages (other than liability for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of Bell or its officers) including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential damages, damages for loss of opportunity or chance, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of, or in connection with, any information on the websites or any other internet sites or the use thereof.

Individual users and advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising and other material which they submit to Bell and for ensuring that such content complies with all relevant legislation. Bell accepts no responsibility for the content of material submitted by third parties, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein. If there are any links to third party sites that are not useful, or are inappropriate or harmful in any way, we do not accept responsibility for them – but please let us know immediately and we will remove the links asap. Copying or storing of any content for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Bell Publishing Ltd.

The websites may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of or enjoyment of the websites by any third party.

In using the website/services you agree not to:

Breach of terms

We may also at any time, at our sole discretion, discontinue the website/services or any part thereof without prior notice and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of access to the website.

Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from matters relating to the websites shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
