Crown Beverage Packaging North America, a subsidiary of Crown Holdings, is helping Molson Coors Canada streamline its printing process in an effort to ensure that cans of beer are more faithfully colour matched across the company’s packaging.

Crown Holdings has announced that power industry executive James Miller has been elected to the company’s board of directors. The board now has 11 members.

Ardagh Glass Group recently completed the acquisition of global metal packaging group Impress Coöperatieve U.A. for €1.7 billion ($2.2bn). The enlarged organisation will be known as Ardagh Group after both the European and US regulatory authorities approved the deal. Crown to move European businesses to Switzerland
Can making giant Crown Holdings will establish new headquarters for its European businesses in Zug, Switzerland. The move, which will centralise all senior management in a single location from 1 January 2011, is designed to enhance communication and efficiencies.
