After receiving an urgent call for help, an Industrial Physics field services manager swiftly responded to the needs outlined by their customer at Blues City Brewery. Upon identifying a team of skilled experts, he was able to investigate the situation and uncover the appropriate instrument across a broad portfolio of metal testing tools.
This customer was in need of a seamless solution that could do it all – when they got in touch with the team at Industrial Physics, they were requesting a reliable machine that would measure everything from seam thickness, height and gap, through to countersink depth, body hook, and overlap.
Following the initial investigation the team quickly established that the CMC-KUHNKE SEAMScan SPC solution was the right fit to solve the situation.
As soon as it was agreed that this instrument was the appropriate solution, the service team organized implementation and set up remote training to ensure that the brewery was able to make the most of the tool.
