US-based Roeslein & Associates, systems integrator in the two-piece container industry, invited more than 100 suppliers and customers to an open day at its facility in Red Bud, Illinois last Thursday (15 November).

The company designs, manufactures, and ships components for complete D&I container manufacturing facilities to customers in more than 40 countries.

Suppliers and customers from across the country representing the container manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemical and refinery market segments toured the 300,000 square-foot facility of Roeslein’s wholly owned Integrated Manufacturing Technologies.

A new 40,000 square foot expansion project features a high-tech structure that will accommodate two high bay pre-assemble areas and two 20-ton cranes allowing the company’s approach to engineering and building factory components to be used for larger and more complex applications.

Roeslein has forecast a 15% increase in business for 2013 in the container manufacturing, oil and gas, refinery and energy market sectors.

“We have the science, engineering, manufacturing, and modularization to help many American industries prosper while putting thousands of people back to work,” says Roeslein founder and CEO Rudi Roeslein.

Increased demand for Roeslein’s manufacturing methods will keep the company’s engineering, fabrication, and construction groups operating at capacity level through 2013 and into 2014.

“Our customers in several key industries are actually investing in their own businesses. The Roeslein method shows how our country’s industrial sector can deliver high customer value and economic vitality,” adds Roeslein.

Roeslein & Associates, received a 2012 Greater St Louis Top 50 award recently in recognition of the company’s significant economic impact for employee growth, revenue increases and facilities expansion projects.
