With a wealth of experience and an impressive background in metal packaging, Boss is committed to advancing the IMDPA’s mission of fostering innovation, collaboration and excellence within the metal decorating and packaging industry.

Levi Boss is the director of global graphics at Ball Corporation, bringing over 24 years of experience with the company. In this role, Boss leads the strategy, development and execution of high-impact graphics initiatives that enhance metal decorating capabilities and support can production across global markets. 

With deep expertise in metal decorating leadership, print innovation and cross-functional collaboration, Boss is recognised for delivering creative solutions that balance technical ingenuity with measurable business performance. Boss combines strategic vision with hands-on experience, ensuring all initiatives align with organisational objectives while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, consistency and operational excellence. 

Boss joined the IMDPA to remain at the forefront of emerging technologies and evolving best practices within the metal decorating and graphics industry. Through active involvement, Boss seeks to contribute to industry innovation, strengthen professional networks and help advance standards that drive progress in both design and manufacturing.
