BW Packaging, a global leader in packaging machinery and can & end manufacturing solutions, has named Adam Brandt as director of sales, vertical markets, where he will lead commercial efforts focused on can and end manufacturing customers.

A longtime BW Packaging leader, Brandt brings nearly three decades of commercial and industry experience to the position. Since joining the organisation, he has served in a variety of customer-facing and commercial leadership roles, most recently as vice president of sales for BW Packaging’s Pneumatic Scale Angelus division. Brandt also gained valuable business experience and insight with GE Capital.

Throughout his career, Brandt has been driven by a simple belief: successful customer relationships begin with understanding each customer’s unique goals and challenges.

“Every customer has a different vision for where they want to take their business and how their manufacturing line supports that,” said Brandt. “Our responsibility is to listen, understand their objectives, and help them identify the solution that fits their operation today while supporting their growth for years to come. The most rewarding part of this industry is building long-term partnerships and helping customers succeed.”

In his new role, Brandt will work closely with can and end manufacturers to connect them with the technologies, expertise and support resources they need to improve performance, expand capacity and navigate changing market demands.

According to BW Packaging leadership, Brandt’s customer-first approach and extensive industry experience make him well positioned to support customers across every stage of their packaging and manufacturing journey.

“Adam has built a reputation as a trusted partner to customers throughout his career,” said Jim Krapes, senior director for global key accounts. “He understands that success isn’t about finding a machine for a project. It’s about helping customers identify the right solution for their business, implementing it successfully and supporting that investment throughout its lifecycle. His commitment to customer success aligns perfectly with how BW Packaging serves the market.”

BW Packaging offers a comprehensive portfolio of equipment for packaging and can & end manufacturing, including filling, closing, labelling, conveyance, bagging and palletising, backed by service, parts, training and lifecycle support programs designed to help customers maximise performance long after installation.

“These days, customers are looking for more than equipment providers,” Brandt added. “They want a partner who understands their business, proposes solutions to their challenges, and is there to support them for the long term. That’s the approach we’ll continue to take every day.”
