Can-Pack announced for CanTech The Grand Tour
Managing director and chief executive officer of Can-Pack India, Harsh Vardhan Jajoo, has been confirmed as the first speaker for the 2020 edition of CanTech The Grand Tour.
Taking place in New Delhi, India, CanTech The Grand Tour is a conference for metal packaging manufacturers from across the globe.
Being responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Can-Pack Group’s business in India by managing its multiple manufacturing facilities in the country, Harsh oversees 750 employees working in two aluminium beverage can plants located in Nuh and Aurangabad as well as a glasswork in Aurangabad.
Harsh has also been responsible for starting the Care-Sustain-Renew (CSR) journey for Can-Pack with India being at the center stage of this programme.
Commenting on his involvement, Harsh explained: “When Megan informed me of Bell Publishing’s aim to organise the 2020 edition of the show in India, I was really enthusiastic to give our support.
“It’s an honour to host CanTech The Grand Tour in India and to give some information about Can-Pack’s activities.”

With the added announcement that Aditya Birla, Hindalco Industries, Ball Beverage Packaging (India) and Can-Pack India have formed Aluminium Beverages Can Association of India (ABCAI) to promote aluminium beverage can packaging in the region, it appears there is no better time to visit the region.
