Despite being available since the 2000s and enjoying huge volumes in Japan, up to now bottle cans have never hit the mass market elsewhere. In his presentation, Richard Moore will show that the obstacles are exclusively industrial. Moreover, the consumer has evolved since the 2000s and instead of just paying lip service to the environment, is now changing actual behaviour.
Richard Moore will show how SLAC’s new bottle shaping machine aligns with the new state of consumer and can maker expectations.
