Enjoy the third and final part of our exclusive preview of what to expect from some of the exhibiting companies at this year’s drinktec edition, taking place from 15 to 19 September 2025.
Hygentile – Stand C4-462l

Hygentile is set to showcase its Craft Can Filler (HCCF-1) at drinktec 2025. The system is a simple to operate plug-and-play system for filling and seaming cans under counterpressure in an oxygen-free space fulfilling high hygienic requirements. It can be connected directly to the product source (eg beer brewing tank). For operation, the HCCF-1 only needs electricity (200-240V), compressed air (6 bar) and an inert gas source (eg CO2 or N2).
Non-carbonated beverages like milk, liquid dairy products, mixed drinks, fruit juices, wine, water, non-alcoholic drinks, functional drinks, (fruit-) juice and nectar, spirits, tea and coffee drinks and other liquid foods can also be filled into cans in this way.The machine is compatible with 150ml to 568ml (standard, sleek or slim) cans.
The desired internal can pressure of the protective gas (eg Nitrogen N2) can be easily set using the operating software.
With the HCCF-1 solution, a liquid nitrogen drop dispenser is not required and therefore uses no liquid nitrogen at all (at -196°C).
The product does not need to be cooled for filling into the cans.
Industrial Physics – Stand C6-249

As a global packaging, material, and coatings test and measurement partner, Industrial Physics is responsible for protecting the integrity of brands and products for countless beverage brands the world over, through a comprehensive suite of solutions for a broad range of packaging types.
For years, the company’s experts have been developing innovative instruments – such as the CMC-KUHNKE AUTO XTS (below) – that have revolutionised the world of metal packaging across multiple applications that span the entire making and filling process. From CO2 testing, to seam inspection, to internal coating, pasteurisation and much more.
Our specialist testing brands, such as Torus, have been at the forefront of innovation with equipment that enhances precision and offers absolute measurement solutions that allow for increased accuracy and repeatability.
ProcesTeh – Stand B4-313

Image: ProcesTeh
ProcesTeh, a member of the GAW Group, is showcasing its all-in-one liquid food filler. The compact-sized, independently operating filler includes all the necessary equipment and connections for the filling process (own PLC, electrical and pneumatic cabinet), stainless steel frame, surface treated with glass blasting, and easily adaptable to maintain the required level of hygiene during filling and washing.
All installed components, including the electrical, pneumatic and electronic ones, are standard parts readily available in the market, which makes maintenance easy, according to the company. The filler also offers a high level of automation with the latest components on the market such as servo drives, industrial computers, digital load cells, etc. These components enable high filling precision that cannot be achieved with a volumetric filler. One of the significant advantages of this filler is its automatic adaptation to different types of packaging, irrespective of their dimensions or material (metal, glass plastic).
The filler can fill up to 4 tons of a liquid product per hour. The exact filling capacities are customised and differ depending on the sort of product, the type of packaging as well as the variable number of filling heads on the filler.
Liquid food capabilities would include products such as toppings, fruit fillings, sauces and condiments, and various oils such as sunflower or olive oil.
Other liquid and gel-like non-food products that can be filled by the machine from ProcesTeh include: industrial grease and oil for lubrication, motor oils, wax and paraffin, various types of chemical, and pharmaceutical liquids (glass washing liquids, glues, wall paints, varnishes, mouthwashes etc).
STM Group – Stand A5-502

Image: STM Group
The subject of STM’s activity is designing and producing complete filling lines for cans, glass and PET bottles. The company delivers turnkey solutions, including accompanying machines which are intended for PET bottle blow moulding, depalletising of glass containers and aluminium cans, filling, packing and palletising all kinds of beverages and other liquids, including the chemical ones.
Depending on the client’s individual needs and requirements, in STM’s offer, one can find not only single filling machines but also whole filling lines as well as comprehensive consulting, which covers the manner of positioning the equipment and selection of certain elements.
The STM CAN series machines feature devices equipped with isobaric EPV (electro-pneumatic valves). The machines are designed for filling and seaming aluminium or PET cans of regular cylindrical shape (in slim, fit, sleek and standard size). The seamers are suitable to seam a wide range of round containers filled with still drinks, beer or carbonated soft drinks. In the machines, the filler and seamer are mechanically synchronised, with only one drive, which can smoothly guide the filled containers to the seamer without spillage.
In terms of output range, the fillers feature 14 to 60 valves, with speed capabilities from 6,000 to 30,000 cans per hour.
