Accujet launch new lubrication system
Accujet by Spraying Systems has introduced the next generation of lubrication using Electrostatic Technology, the new single point system can deliver continuous or intermittent spray with precise, high transfer efficiency designed to save you money in material costs, improve quality and increase productivity.
The capabilities include a trigger input for sensing the presence of a target for cycling on and off. System can provide constant spray or intermittent. A pressure sensor input for monitoring nozzle pressure, alarm functions to alert to low fluid levels, low pressure, and arc fault detection, simply hit reset to clear, system shows status with LED indicators.
The lubricant is delivered to exactly the location needed, depending on the amount of lubricant/oil needed to match line speed. Automatic spray control self-adjusts for line speed changes to maximise production time. The system creates a safer work environment for operators while minimising cleanup and reduces potential for product contamination.
