Oven manufacturer expands in China

ITS Shanghai – the Chinese subsidiary of US based oven manufacturer International Thermal Systems – has moved to a larger 50,000 square foot facility in China.

The move stems from unprecedented growth over the last several years and will enable the company to continue to service its worldwide customer base through an increase in capacity, as well as more efficient workflow solutions through the facility in Shanghai.

The plant has hired several new technicians to help with the production of washers, Sigma Six pin ovens and internal bake ovens.

In accordance with the ITS business strategy of sustaining identical quality standards in all manufacturing locations, the ITS Shanghai team managed no disruption in manufacturing or operational standards during the transition.

“Our customers have sent very positive comments specifically about the new facility in Shanghai noting the quality craftsmanship remain outstanding,” says ITS president John Zea. “We are so proud of our management team and the technicians who met the challenge of a smooth building relocation, training new technicians, and ensuring our quality performance is identical to all other ITS facilities.”
