Record year for Applied Vision

Applied Vision, a leading provider of machine vision inspection systems for the container manufacturing industry, has announced that 2011 was a record-breaking year for the company.

The company achieved a 17% increase in shipped product, and carried out an expansion that more than doubled the size of its manufacturing facility headquartered in Akron, Ohio, US.

“Applied Vision emerged from fiscal year 2011 with increased sales and additional manufacturing capacity to accommodate projected growth in the coming years,” says Manijeh Novini, chief financial officer and co-founder. “We continue to be successful due to the hard work and dedication of the exceptional members of our organisation, and plan to broaden our geographic reach and grow our global support networks well into 2012.”
