KBA-MetalPrint GmbH becomes Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint GmbH
As of 2 August 2018, KBA-MetalPrint GmbH has changed its company name to Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint GmbH.
The company address, legal form, company register number, tax ID number and bank account details have not changed.
The company has asked clients to enter the change of name in to their databases and in future to use only the new name for correspondence, invoices, etc. Clients’ contact partners and the company’s worldwide service network also remain unchanged.
Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint GmbH will continue to present printing technologies which address the latest branch trends – both conventional and digital.

Existing contracts and obligations are not affected in any way by the change in company name.
