Hoffmann Neopac acquires Trivium Packaging’s hinged lid can production lines
Hoffmann Neopac, a global supplier of high-quality metal and plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries, is acquiring the production lines for hinged lid cans from Trivium Packaging in Deventer, the Netherlands. With this acquisition, Hoffmann Neopac will be able to strengthen its market position for specialty cans in Europe.
The two parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the deal.
