Roeslein announces key leadership changes

Roeslein & Associates, global specialist in engineering, fabrication, and construction services, has announced significant changes to its leadership team aimed at fostering continued growth and positioning the company for even greater success in the future.
Rudi Roeslein, the visionary founder behind Roeslein & Associates, has made a strategic decision to transition from his role as CEO to assume the position of chairman. In this capacity, Roeslein will continue to provide his invaluable insights and guidance, steering the company’s board of directors toward excellence and empowering the next generation of leadership.
Effective immediately, Brian Sneed, who has served as president and COO, will now take on the role of CEO. Sneed’s unwavering commitment over the last 24 years to excellence and vast industry knowledge makes him the perfect fit for this position, according to the company. He will continue to be instrumental in propelling the company forward with his leadership and expertise.
In line with Roeslein’s commitment to promoting from within, Rob Campbell has been promoted from divisional president of manufacturing to chief operating officer (COO). Campbell has exhibited exceptional leadership skills and an unparalleled understanding of Roeslein’s operations over his 33 years of experience. As COO, Campbell will be instrumental in streamlining Roeslein processes and driving operational efficiency through working with Roeslein’s three divisional presidents.
Dr Gangwei Wu, a seasoned industry veteran with a proven track record of success, will step into Rob Campbell’s former position as divisional president of manufacturing. Wu will work in close collaboration with two other esteemed divisional presidents – Larry Block, divisional president of professional services, and Charles J Reneski, P.E., divisional president of construction and operational services. Wu will also foster a partnership with Jason Roeslein, who will fill Wu’s previous role as vice president of Manufacturing. Together, they will form a cohesive leadership team dedicated to delivering unmatched service and value to Roeslein’s clients through regionalised manufacturing services, equipment and automation enhancements, and focusing on technology research and development.
Furthermore, Chris Roach, former president of Roeslein Alternative Energy (RAE), will now lead a new division within Roeslein & Associates Inc, aptly named president of renewable energy. Roach’s exceptional leadership at RAE and his commitment to sustainable energy solutions make him the ideal choice to spearhead this exciting new initiative, the company states. He will be supported by Mitch May, who has led several of the company’s largest renewable energy projects and seamlessly weaved the two companies together through engineering and project management.
Additionally, Roeslein will form a secondary division focused on traditional energy. This new division will be comprised of a compilation of Roeslein employees and its recently acquired brands, Servtech, Inc and Method Flow Products. With this new division, Roeslein has announced the promotion of Steve Martin from executive vice president to president of traditional energy. Martin has worked closely with Servtech, Inc and Method Flow Products through their acquisitions and onboarding to Roeslein and its family of brands.
In conjunction with these leadership changes, Roeslein has also announced that Sarah Davidson has been named the vice president of human resources.
