Trejo joins Prime Controls service team

Prime Controls has announced Andy Trejo as the company’s new field service installer and system installation coordinator. Trejo will be responsible for field service, training, and support along with product installations of the company’s growing line of can and end leak detection systems.

He joins the Prime Controls team from SpecMetrix, where he served as the field service specialist and customer support and was responsible for providing product installations, training, and support to customers virtually and in-person. During his time at SpecMetrix, Trejo also took on the role of electrical/mechanical assembly specialist, building various electro and mechanical systems.

Trejo comes to Prime Controls as a seasoned and diverse service and support professional, speaking both Spanish and English. His extensive background in electrical and mechanical assembly, repairs, diagnostic and customer support along with his prevalent industry experience will be invaluable for his role at Prime Controls, the company says.
