Roeslein & Associates, a global leader in industrial engineering, modular fabrication, and construction services, has announced the appointment of Andre Martini as managing director of the business’ South American region. Martini will preside over Roeslein operations at the company’s facility in São Paulo, Brazil.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andre to the Roeslein South America team,” said Brian Sneed, CEO of Roeslein & Associates. “His extensive experience in the engineering, renewables, and construction sectors, coupled with his proven track record of leading complex projects, makes him an ideal candidate to oversee our growing operations in South America.”

Martini brings more than 23 years of experience to Roeslein, most recently serving as chief development officer at CGN Brasil Energia where he led business development along with mergers & acquisitions in the wind, solar, and natural gas sectors. Prior to that, he spent 16 years at Promon, a leading engineering and construction company serving the oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical, and energy industries.

“I am excited to join Roeslein & Associates and contribute to the company’s continued success in South America,” said Martini. “I am confident that my experience and expertise will be instrumental in expanding our operations to include renewable gas and traditional energy projects, while also diversifying our customer base in the region.”

Martini holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, a master’s degree in Energy Systems and the Environment, and an MBA. His impressive educational background, combined with his professional experience, positions him well for his new role at Roeslein, the company stated.

Roeslein is committed to expanding its offerings in the traditional and renewable energy sectors outside of North America. Martini’s appointment underscores the company’s dedication to this goal and his leadership will be vital in achieving it.
