Eviosys, a leader in metal packaging, has been named as the winner of the Aerosol in Action Photography Award – at the annual British Aerosol Manufacturer’s Association (BAMA) awards.
The winning photograph, captured by Harriet Large, admin assistant at Eviosys, shows a wind turbine in a field through the lens of an aerosol top component – the captivating image highlights the role of metal packaging as a permanent material, showcasing its infinite recyclability and its role within a circular economy. It can not only be recycled into new cans, but into anything made of steel, which supplies endless uses (wind turbines, rails, trains, cars and more), for future generations metal recyclability not being not only constrained toa product loop but opening a full material loop. This showcases how metal answers the definition of sustainability from the United Nations, preserving raw material with products ‘that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.’
By visualising the endless recyclability of steel, Eviosys aims to educate consumers on the sustainability of metal aerosol cans and inspire them to consider their own impact on future generations. Through powerful visuals, Eviosys underscores its commitment to advancing sustainable practices in everyday life.
