Jerzy Sarna has stood down as the vice president of Poland-based can making group Can-Pack.

In a statement the company said: “The managing board and the workers of the group thank Jerzy Sarna for 25 years of work together and for his significant contribution to the development and success of Can-Pack. We wish him prosperity and success in his personal and professional life.”

Dr Małgorzata Podrecka and Mirosław Tymoszuk have both been appointed vice presidents and join the managing board of Can-Pack. They will assume their duties from January 2013.
