Management changes at Crown
Timothy Donahue has been promoted to president and chief operating officer at can maker Crown Holdings.
Thomas Kelly has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer. Both will report to chief executive John Conway.
Donahue was formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer, a position he held since 2008. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of finance and as the company’s controller.
“Tim has made significant contributions to the success of the company and has been an important member of the Crown executive team over the course of his 22 years with the company,” says Conway. “I am confident that Tim will provide strong leadership in this new position of chief operating officer.”
Kelly was formerly senior vice president of finance, a position he held since 2009. Prior to that, he had served as senior vice president – corporate controller since 2001.
