Innovus releases new vacuum seamer

Innovus Engineering has announced the release of its fully redesigned 10DVG semi-automatic vacuum and gassing can seamer.

The seamer is an all stainless steel construction with fully enclosed vacuum and gassing chamber, capable of delivering vacuum performance to minus 900 mbar and residual oxygen levels of 0.5%.

All vacuum and gas cycle settings are adjustable from the Siemens touchscreen HMI, which features alongside the usual premium components familiar from our wider range. An in-built hygienic pressure sensor ensures repeatability in product processing across every can.

Ideally suited to low-speed production environments and R&D settings, the 10DVG can be utilised in a broad range of applications across food, pharmaceutical and general packaging.
