Innosen showcases coating quality trinity

Innosen has recently introduced three new products to its portfolio: the IS860 CoatPro Coating Thickness Gauge, the IS810 EnamelPro Enamel Rating Gauge and the IS110 Innolytix Data Management Software, an advanced data collection platform.

The IS860 CoatPro harnesses advanced capacitance technology to provide real-time lacquer thickness readings with <1% linearity. It features a 7-inch touchscreen with a glove-friendly jog wheel. IP65 powder-coated stainless-steel housing, on-board storage for 100,000 readings; triple connectivity through RS485, Ethernet and USB-C; and calibration, reinvented — onsite, annual, zero downtime. Compatible with the full Innosen probe range, CoatPro measures lacquer on flat sheets, formed cans, tubes and aerosols.

​The IS810 EnamelPro assesses the integrity of inner and outer lacquer on cans, tubes, aerosols, ends, and flat sheets with unmatched precision. Pre-test contact verification and electrolyte level monitoring confirm that every test starts correctly. Reverse-voltage defect localisation tells operators where the lacquer fails — not merely that it has. It is adjustable 2–30 V output; compliant with EN 15384-1 and EN 15384-2; and features the same 7-inch display, IP65 housing, triple connectivity, and 100,000-reading memory. It is compatible with the broadest range of enamel-rated fixtures in the industry.

Completing this trio, the Innolytix IS1100 is the brain – a data platform with incomparable connectivity. Linking Innosen’s IS860 CoatPro and IS810 EnamelPro, it captures real-time measurements and transforms them into valuable reports and visualisations. Live data from connected gauges streams into one dashboard, line graphs reveal trends, and heat maps surface anomalies, with up to 99 user profiles per license.
