The British Aerosol Manufacturers’ Association’s Forum and Awards will return to the East Midlands Conference Centre and Orchard Hotel, Nottingham this Autumn. Taking place on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 October, the event is sponsored by plastic component and valve manufacturer, Aptar Beauty.
Kevin Dubuet, regional platform manager at Aptar Beauty, commented: “We are proud to be sponsoring the BAMA Forum and Awards this year. The event continues to play an important role in bringing our industry together, celebrating the wonderful achievements of individuals and organisations, and platforming future-focussed discussions.”
The two-day conference will play host to a range of key note speakers offering updates and new perspectives across policy, regulation, and sustainability, with an interactive session planned on Day 2.
On the evening of Day 1, guests will be entertained by UK stand-up comedian, Marcus Brigstocke, who has featured regularly in TV favourites; the Now Show, Have I got News for You and Live at the Apollo. Along with the BAMA team, Marcus will later announce all the final award winners. This year, BAMA has added two brand new categories; the Social and Community Initiative Award and Young Person of the Year Award.
BAMA chief executive, Patrick Heskins, said: “The two new awards reflect the shifts we continue to see through our member organisations. More and more companies are investing in social and community initiatives, and we are seeing more young people coming into the industry and excelling. This progress is reflected in the new categories.”
As well as the two new categories, BAMA members can submit entries for established awards categories, including: New Aerosol of the Year, Process, Safety and Training, Sustainability, Aerosol Packaging, Aerosol marketing Campaign of the Year and Aerosols in Action Photography will still be available to submit entries for.
The deadline for entries is Friday 28 August 2026. To submit an entry, visit: bama.co.uk/event/BAMAForum26.
