Krones Group has announced that it is streamlining the market presence of its process technology business, merging into a single, eponymous performance brand, Krones Processing. The goal is to increase transparency and make it easier for customers to access the Group’s comprehensive process technology portfolio. The existing organisation – the companies and their expertise – will remain unchanged. What is new is the unified brand identity, which highlights the Group’s many and varied competences and technologies across beverage production.

Krones Processing intends to consolidate the Group’s comprehensive expertise along the entire value chain, giving customers a central point from which to access solutions for producing, processing and treating all kinds of products ranging from liquid to highly viscous – across a variety of industries and technologies. Krones Processing supports beverage and liquid food manufacturers as well as companies in the home and personal care and bioprocessing industries.

The portfolio ranges from processes for raw materials intake and storage right through to thermal and finishing treatments for all manner of products. In addition, Krones Processing offers units and components such as valves, pumps, heat exchangers and homogenisers as well as the planning and implementation of fully integrated processing lines, complete with the necessary automation solutions.

This breadth of technology is as a byproduct of a global network that includes the Process Technology business unit of Krones AG, with teams in Germany, China, the Middle East and North and South America, as well as subsidiaries in Europe (Evoguard, GHS, HST, Krones Processing Netherlands, Milkron, Perfinox and Steinecker), North America (Ampco Pumps, Javlyn and Krones Process Group North America) and Asia (Krones Izumi, Krones Processing India, Krones Processing Shanghai) – all part of Krones Processing and supported by the Krones Group’s strong international structure.
