Roeslein’s internship programme

This summer, Roeslein and Associates welcomed 18 summer interns into its 2015 internship programme. Each of the interns experience a hands-on working environment in their chosen field of study, and they are also exposed to a variety of career-enhancing seminars and panel discussions.
The interns will attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with company ownership, directors and managers as well as have the opportunity to become CPR and First Aid certified. Business etiquette training, volunteer opportunities, and a final presentation focused on how they benefited from the Roeslein Internship Programme will round out the summer’s activities. One intern has the added experience of seeing more of the world by traveling to one of Roeslein’s international job sites.
“The best part about my internship is the challenges. By the third week, I was talking to vendors and am currently helping with audits. I love that I’m actually doing something productive for Roeslein,” says Troy Korte, construction management intern from Missouri State University.
