Accujet presents new canneck system

Accujet by Spraying Systems Co has introduced a new way to apply canneck lubrication using electrostatic technology, through the Neckerlube System.

It has precise, high transfer efficiency designed to end product contamination, improve quality and increase productivity. The new system will be on show at Cannex 2016 for the first time.

The system is non contact as the electrostatic charge attracts the wax to the required location, each nozzle can be individually controlled and are available heated and non heated. The system eliminates overspray, creating a safer work environment for operators while minimising cleanup and reduces potential for product contamination. There is also additional savings on maintenance, wax materials and downtime.
