Mohr on the move

Alexander Mohr is the new director of external affairs at the Association of European Producers of Steel for Packaging (Apeal).

Mohr (pictured) has moved from the European container glass association FEVE, where he held the position of senior public affairs manager and legal counsel.

Before moving to EU affairs in Brussels he worked for the German political think tank Friedrich Naumann Foundation. He holds a law degree from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

Mohr succeeds Joris Nachtergaele who recently moved to Metal Packaging Europe.

Apeal is a federation of four multi-national producers of steel for packaging (ArcelorMittal, Tata Steel Packaging, ThyssenKrupp Rasselstein, US Steel Košice).
