Pick up a 99-pack!

In the UK you would generally pick up a four-pack, in the US maybe a six-pack, but 99? That seems a little much even for the most ardent of beer fans.

However, in Texas they like things big, and Austin based Austin Beerworks Brewery have come up with an uber pack consisting of three rows of 33 cans of their Peacemaker beer.

The pack is seven feet long and weighs in at 37kg! It will retail for around US$99.
“We made it at first as a joke,” said Michael Graham, co-founder of the Austin-based craft brewery. “But it seems a lot of people are taking it seriously.”
Retailers have shown good interest in the product, which is designed to be covered in ice once opened as it’s a little too big for a standard refrigerator.
