I have been impressed with the level of discussion on the CanTech International LinkedIn group. After creating the group around a year ago membership levels have slowly increased and are now approaching the 400 mark.
A number of industry professionals have asked technical questions in the discussion section and have quickly been met with responses from other members. It seems that members’ answers have often led to problems being solved.

To supplement what we are doing digitally, I am pleased to announce an upcoming regular troubleshooting column from Stephen Clarke, who is the customer technical service (CTS) manager for Western Europe, at Ball Packaging Europe. He will share his knowledge of can and end making, can filling, can handling, double seaming and fault finding. This series of articles will run in every other issue of CanTech International over the next year.
