On it’s way…
The November issue of CanTech International is nearly ready to go.
We have been working hard as always to get everything ready, and with Asia CanTech starting just next week we haven’t stopped for a second here in the office.
Aluminium is the focus this time, and we kick off the issue with an interview with Maarten Labberton, packaging director at the European Aluminium Association. He outlines the importance of this ever-versatile metal, with its infinite recycling potential, to the packaging sector.
We also take a look at the global two-piece market with industry expert Adrian Long, while I talk with two major can makers about the popularity of the slim can.
Keep an eye out also for our own Evert van de Weg’s pieces on shaping and embossing. Innovation is key to attracting consumer attention, and both of these areas are fundamental to this goal.
