BAMA announces innovation day

BAMA has announced a key event for 2017, the British Aerosol Manufacturers’ Association (BAMA) Innovation Day.

The event, the first of its kind, will take place on 18 April at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. It will welcome both members and non-members of the association and is free of charge for all attendees. It will celebrate recent innovations throughout the aerosol industry.

The event will cover a full day starting at 9am and close with a drinks reception, to enable guests to meet informally from 5-7pm.

Potential speakers are invited to contact BAMA for the opportunity to present their innovations. These could include consumer goods, design, new technology, new machinery or ingredients. Presenters whose submissions are accepted onto the programme will be given the option of having an exhibition space to present their ideas or products to delegates outside of the lecture room.

Amy Falvey, organiser of the event, said: “BAMA is also open to topic suggestions on the broad theme of innovation, so if you would like a topic covered please let us know”. E-mail [email protected] with ideas for presentations or to suggest yourself as a speaker.

Non-members who are not presenting can also exhibit with a table top stand at a modest cost of £195+ VAT. Table top exhibition space is free to BAMA members on application in advance.
