Sun Chemical to showcase inks portfolio at ADF 2019

Sun Chemical will showcase its portfolio of inks for monobloc, tube and aerosol cans during the Aerosol and Dispensing Forum (ADF) 2019, which takes place from 30 to 31 January at the Porte de Versailles, Paris, France.
During the exhibition, Sun Chemical will present its SunAltec series, for use on aluminium collapsible tubes and monobloc aerosol cans, and its SunTrio range for three-piece cans including closures, aerosols, food and general line cans. The company will be demonstrating its expertise, knowledge and capabilities in metal decoration through its specialised ink solutions, including special effects, brand protection, brand colour management and print standardisation.
The MB Plus Series, part of the SunAltec product family, will also be on display. The versatile series has been specifically designed for the application on monobloc aerosols.
Sun Chemical will also be demonstrating how their ranges handle spot colours. Any shade can be produced directly onsite with the help of SunMatch, Sun Chemical’s web based colour matching tool. This gives printers the highest possible flexibility and allows a very quick reaction to any specific customer colour request.
Sun Chemical offers a complete range of solutions for metal decoration to help make packaging appealing as well as functional. Its special effects portfolio, which includes tactile effects, colour change inks and interactive solutions, ensures metal aerosol packaging has maximum visual impact on the shelf. Sun Chemical’s broad range of brand protection solutions also helps to protect brands against counterfeiting and makes products much more difficult to copy.
Sun Chemical’s global metal deco ink sales director, Eduardo Alegria, will also be giving a presentation during the exhibition’s conference, titled, ‘The future of UV printing’.
