Innovus acquires Inox can seamer product line

Innovus 10FBEV Can Filler & Seamer

Innovus Engineering has acquired the Inox range of can seaming machines.

Matthew Day, a qualified double seaming specialist, will lead the seamer program at Innovus, a company he formed in December 2018 to take forward the manufacturing and ongoing development of this product range.

Innovus is renovating the original seamer assembly workshop, and with a strong order book under its belt, will concentrate on manufacturing the single station seamer models, with vacuum and gassing closing, and beverage can filling and seaming applications proving extremely rewarding.

All models are manufactured entirely from food grade 316 stainless steel, and the designs and construction comply with the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group) guidelines for food safety and hygiene. A CE Mark and EU Declaration of Conformity is provided with every product. All parts are sourced and assembled by Innovus in the UK.

With an installed base approaching one hundred machines worldwide, there is a strong legacy for Matthew and Innovus to build upon, a task relished by all involved who are extremely encouraged by the positive feedback, unsolicited referrals, and repeat orders from customers from as far back as 2011 who have never experienced any malfunctions, or found it necessary to replace parts due to wear or breakage.

Matthew stated “I am extremely grateful to all the suppliers, contractors and customers that have encouraged and continue to support us during this exciting transition, and for the daily support of the team around me who make it all possible”.
