Blema acquires MS Willett Inc

The Leonhardt Group, industrial division Blema Kircheis, has acquired US American specialist for transfer and conversion systems, MS Willett Inc, based in Cockeysville, Baltimore County/Maryland.

Uwe Leonhardt has taken responsibility as chairman of the board and Sebastian Leonhardt has taken over the duties as chief executive officer.

Leonhardt commented: “With this step, Blema’s tooling and engineering competence is further strengthened. I believe that Willett will be a good base for the US market and beyond, offering full service to our US and North American customers.

“The strategy is to develop M.S. Willett further, as North America is a core market for us and we want to serve it in the best possible way. We place great confidence in the staff and are convinced of their professional competence. In addition, a transatlantic exchange of technical knowledge and skilled personnel will be an ongoing and fruitful process”.
