International Metal Decorating and Packaging Association cancels 2020 conference and golf outing

The IMDPA says it had been monitoring the situation and working with the Hilton Hotel in Oak Brook, Illinois, to determine if it was practical to proceed and successfully hold the conference in May 2020, however given the current Covid-19 crisis, the Association has deemed it in the best interest for everyone’s safety to cancel the event.

The IMDPA will be providing full refunds for everyone who has made reservations and sent money in for conference attendance, sponsorship and table tops.

However, the company will still be conducting its Scholarship Awards, Excellence in Quality Showcase and its Decorator of the Year Award presentations during the summer months. The Quality submission deadline has been extended until 15 June 2020. Applications for all can be found at: www.metaldecorators.org
