CM Packaging brand transitions to Hoffmann The Tin
As of 1 January 2021, CM Packaging will begin utilising the Hoffmann The Tin brand for all marketing endeavours. The transition will include adopting the Hoffmann The Tin logo, as well as a soon-to-be-employed @hoffmann.ch email protocol for all CM Packaging employees. CM Packaging’s production plant in the Netherlands will be re-branded, its website integrated into the Hoffmann Neopac domain, and its brochures and business cards will be adapted accordingly.
Under the new corporate design, the 130-year tradition of the Hoffmann owner family will be continued in the Netherlands. While the entities CM Packaging and CM Plastic will remain legally unchanged for now, unifying CM Packaging and CM Plastic’s efforts under one brand will reduce complexity for similar products and promote synergy throughout Hoffmann Neopac’s sales organisation.
After a long time partnership, Hoffmann Neopac acquired CM Packaging in January 2020. Since then, Hoffmann Neopac has invested in a three-piece can making line at CM Packaging’s facility in Dronten, the Netherlands and taken over the tobacco tin lines from Trivium Packaging. Among other benefits, the infrastructure investment provides expanded capacity and flexibility for the growing infant food sector and a flexible EU-based partner for tobacco companies.
CM Packaging has decades of experience in the field of metal and plastic injection molded packaging, primarily for the specialty food, cosmetics and promotional markets. Combined, its Dronten facility has 22 production lines for tinplate metal packaging and 21 injection moulding machines for plastic packaging.
