Canpack produces limited-edition can designs for Laško 

Slovenian beer brand, Laško, and its brewery can trace its history back to 1825. This heritage was the basis of a series of limited-edition cans, in which Canpack’s Quadromix printing technology was used to produce three designs with the theme of Proud of the past, looking to the future.  

Stephen McAneny, chief commercial officer, Canpack, said: “At Canpack we believe the can can be used as a blank canvas to portray the customers’ own story and to enhance the brand experience.

“By using Quadromix printing technology, Canpack was able to offer Laško multiple can designs in a single production run in order to tell their unique brand story creating a strong, expansive marketing campaign.”  

“Great packaging design in combination with an interesting story made the limited edition cans a hit on social media during the New Year period. The multiple designs started conversations and enabled us to promote the beer much more cost-effectively than by using traditional media,” said Maja Mežan, brand manager at Laško Brewery.
