Rucker Investments, a privately held family office with a diverse investment portfolio, has announced the acquisition of select assets of Pack Labs, an aluminium can co-packing company. This marks Rucker Investments’ third investment in the beverage co-packing industry.
Following the acquisition, Rucker Investments is launching Tailored Bottling Solutions, a provider of high-quality, innovative co-packing solutions for retailers, emerging beverage brands, private equity-backed companies, and global leaders. With plans to rapidly expand its footprint across the US, Tailored Bottling Solutions will establish multiple distribution points to serve its customer base throughout North America.
Rucker Investments has deep expertise in beverage co-packing, with holdings including Flow mineral spring water and Better Booch.
“This investment reinforces our dedication to business expansion, innovation and job creation,” said Jennifer Barys, vice president of Finance at Rucker Investments. “As the beverage industry evolves with a surge of new brands, co-packers are essential in helping companies scale efficiently. We’re excited to drive that growth with Tailored Bottling Solutions and deliver high-quality production solutions to our partners.”
