Bericap Aluminium has become the exclusive partner of the Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter (VDP) for aluminium roll-on closures.
The VDP unites around 200 of Germany’s top wineries and is committed to the highest quality standards in German viticulture. With more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing aluminium roll-on closures made in Germany, Bericap Aluminium stands for precision, functionality, and design. “Through our collaboration, we aim to support the VDP’s mission to present premium wines with the highest quality and authenticity,” said Kevin Müller of Bericap Aluminium.
Together with the VDP, Bericap Aluminium is working to set new benchmarks in wine packaging while also providing sustainable alternatives for wine makers. In addition to Bericap Aluminium, the Morlo Lafitte Group is also represented as a new partner for cork and capsule solutions. “With Morlo Lafitte Group and Bericap Aluminium, we have gained two strong partners who combine the highest precision and innovation while also demonstrating a long-standing success story in the wine market,” explained Theresa Olkus, managing director of the VDP.
At ProWein 2025 in Düsseldorf, BericapAluminium will be present with two exhibition stands: Stand B23 in Hall 4 and at the VDP joint stand C138 in Hall 1. From 16 to 18 March 2025, trade visitors will have the opportunity to explore Bericap Aluminium’s extensive portfolio of closures. The range includes classic roll-on pilfer-proof (ROPP) aluminium closures as well as highly complex safety closures that meet the highest standards of functionality and design. The portfolio offers customised solutions tailored to individual customer requirements, including various sealing materials and designs, which can be fulfilled even more precisely using in-house printing technologies and hot foil embossing.
