Bolton appointed president of Crown’s NA aerosol division

Andy Bolton

Andy Bolton has been named president of Crown Aerosol Packaging North America.

He previously served as vice president/general manager – strategic accounts at Amcor Rigid Plastics North America.

Bolton (pictured) succeeds Jim Wilson, who was promoted to president of Crown Food Packaging North America earlier this year.

In his new role, Bolton will drive Crown’s commitment to providing quality and service to customers. He will place a particular emphasis on the role that innovation plays as an enabler for future growth in the aerosol industry.

“We are pleased to have Andy join the Crown team. His diverse experience, earned during a long career in the packaging business, has given him a well-rounded industry background that will serve him and Crown well,” says Raymond McGowan, president of Crown’s Americas Division. “We are confident that under Andy’s guidance, our position in the marketplace will be strengthened and Crown will continue to play a key role in building customers’ brands with innovative packaging.”

Prior to joining Crown, Bolton spent 16 years in the packaging industry in a variety of management capacities spanning the pharmaceutical, personal care, medical, beverage and food sectors.

Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
