Lifetime Achievement Award

William H. Collins, chairman of Apex Tool Works, was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s LATAMCAN Can makers Conference held in Guadalajara, Mexico, November 19-21. The award recognised William (Bill) for the decades of innovative impact he has had on the canmaking process and for the mentoring he provides colleagues and customers.

This year Bill is celebrating his 50th Anniversary with Apex Tool Works, having joined the company in 1964. Bill became president of the company in 1991 and in 2012 he became chairman. He now takes satisfaction in providing customers with engineering solutions while conferring with his son, Michael, president of Apex Tool Works.
