Aerosol contract filler, Aeropac, has announced its acquisition of Aerosolve in Melbourne, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued investment in Australian aerosol manufacturing.
This strategic expansion strengthens Aeropac’s manufacturing network and enhances the company’s ability to deliver the scale, flexibility and supply reliability that customers increasingly require in today’s market.
The acquisition delivers several key benefits for both existing and future customers of Aeropac, it says, including:
- Increased production capacity: The addition of a second manufacturing site provides greater production capacity, enabling Aeropac to support increased demand and accommodate customer growth requirements more effectively.
- Enhanced supply chain resilience: Operating across multiple manufacturing locations strengthens business continuity and provides greater flexibility in production planning, helping to ensure reliable supply for Aeropac customers.
- Improved national coverage: The Melbourne facility enhances Aeropac’s ability to support customers across Australia, particularly those located in southern and western regions, with improved accessibility and responsiveness.
- Expanded technical expertise: By bringing together the capabilities and experience of both organisations, Aeropac gains additional technical knowledge, manufacturing resources and industry expertise to better support customer projects.
A company statement from Aeropac read: “We are delighted to welcome the Aerosolve team to Aeropac. Their extensive industry experience, technical capability, and strong customer relationships will play an important role in the next phase of our growth.
“Together, we look forward to building on the solid foundation established by both businesses while continuing to deliver the high standards of service and quality our customers expect.”
