A refreshing change

Neil and I have just returned from Portugal, where we visited Comur’s fish canning shops in Lisbon, followed by a trip to Aveiro to see the packing plant and museum.

Football without cans is nothing

One of the aspects of my job I particularly enjoy is finding quirky stories to do with metal packaging and the public’s love for cans. Sun, sea and sardines

There is a saying, one that I’ve not really subscribed to over the years, which is when you’re on holiday you’re still never truly off work. After sunning myself in the Algarve recently, I think I now understand this statement a little more.

Keeping on board

Metpack was an excellent opportunity to meet some of our respected editorial advisory board members to exchange new ideas for the coming months ahead.

From the sublime to the ridiculous

I can imagine there are a few jaded individuals this week as it’s back to normality after a busy show schedule. For me at least, Metpack certainly lived up to expectations and it was a delight to see so many of you sampling our refreshments on our stand. Neil’s Morgan safely arrived back on home soil too!
