Crown partners with Coors Light for national event

Crown has launched a series of seven Coors Light Games Variable Print cans to celebrate the backyard amateur sports event this summer.

Each can represents a different backyard sport featured at annual Coors Light Games including Inflatable Peak Climb, Bubble Soccer and Splatter Dodgeball.

“We take our backyard Games just as seriously as our drinkers do, which is why we’ve upped the ante this year with more opportunities to participate, more giveaways throughout the summer, and of course, our seven uniquely designed cans,” said Leslie Malcolm, marketing manager at Coors Light.

Ron Skoteleski, director of marketing at Crown, added: “This is a terrific way to celebrate the character and spirit of Canada. And to repeat and build upon what was a successful inaugural event that garnered great participation and exciting publicity. We are proud that Molson Coors chose Crown’s Accents technology for this promotion.”

The cans are available in retail stores now across Canada, and are anticipated to sell through until mid-August.
