The Aluminum Association announces exit of president
The Aluminum Association has announced that Tom Dobbins will be leaving his position as president & CEO at the end of October. The association’s board of directors thanks Dobbins for his service to the association and the aluminium industry.

As the association conducts a search for a new president & CEO, vice president of external affairs Joe Quinn; vice president of market growth & development Ryan Olsen; and senior director of external affairs Matt Meenan, will serve as the association’s interim leadership team.
“I have great confidence in our interim leadership team and the full association staff to continue to execute on behalf of the entire industry,” said Buddy Stemple, chair of the Aluminum Association. “The team will continue its excellent work on the Aluminum Agenda policy roadmap, our Choose Aluminum sustainability campaign and other efforts.”
