Regal Rexnord acquires Arrowhead Systems

Container and material handling systems company Arrowhead Systems has been acquired by Regal Rexnord, global manufacturer of motors, bearings, gearing, conveying, blowers, electric components and couplings.

According to Tim Krueger, president and COO at Arrowhead Systems, LLC, this will provide Regal Rexnord with an improved profile in higher growth markets. The complimentary nature of its offerings should accelerate its ability to offer more complete and value-added conveying solutions.

While Arrowhead is being acquired by Regal Rexnord, it will be business as usual and Arrowhead will continue to support customers in the same ways as in the past as the company’s emails and phone numbers are not changing.

Regal Rexnord’s ModSort transfer and divert system along with Arrowhead’s strength in design, fabrication and assembly will see ample opportunity to capitalise on a broader set of end markets in the material handling and automation space.

Arrowhead Systems will be included in the Motion Control Solutions (MCS) segment of Regal Rexnord and will serve customers with new product development that help facilitate integrated industrial powertrain solutions focusing on efficiency, continuing to help build out Regal Rexnord’s sustainability efforts. Its offerings will directly support rising customer demand for more environmentally-friendly packaging, particularly a migration away from single use plastics to aluminium cans.
