We can provide dome-up or dome-down machine configurations and even variable conveyor lengths. We offer a variety of curing systems also, with the traditional Microwave or Arc curing method. We are also excited to present our latest advancement in quality inspection, UniCAM AI. Our AI powered base rim inspection system is built to reduce spoilage and improve efficiency of your rim coaters.

After a period of researching the additional requirements of our customer using MBRC’s we began to see a trend. Many can makers were trying to find a way to improve their processes to minimise operator checks and reduce spoilage in between their checks. Relying on hourly coverage checks mean data handling becomes critical from shift to shift, an operator is available every hour and potentially sub-optimal coating is applied to thousands of cans between checks.

We believe we have the answer! With the advancement of AI inspection systems in the industry currently, we have looked to apply it in a manner that may have been overlooked. UniCAM AI acts as your hourly check, only it is inspecting every single can that passes through the line, 24/7. Meaning your operator requirement and spoilage is greatly reduced. Also, all performance data is recorded and is fully downloadable, giving you a more detailed depiction on your MBRC’s performance than previously possible.
