Nussbaum invests in Sun Chemical’s dispensing solution

Nussbaum, a European monobloc packaging expert, has installed Polare, Sun Chemical’s new dispensing solution.

“Aside from shape and size, the inks are the most visible component of a can. This means that, in order to obtain that visually striking balance to capture the customer’s attention, the ink layer, colour shade and sharpness of print need to be perfect,” explains Florian Nussbaum, CEO.

Gordon Huettig, CTO at Nussbaum, continues: “With that in mind, we aim to perfect Nussbaum’s offering by investing in a range of equipment that will further enhance all ink related items, as well as reduce our internal costs and shorten press down-times.”

Nussbaum hopes that Polare is the next step in making processes safer and more efficient than ever. The dispensing system is designed to meet print requirements while streamlining the production of spot inks. No stock is wasted due to Polare’s ability to repeat processes, and ink can be remixed identically in a matter of minutes.
